Websites
How long does a website take?
Most business websites are live within a few days of us receiving your content. Bigger sites with stores or many service pages take one to two weeks.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site and content belong to you. We hand over full access on request.
Can you rebuild my existing site?
Yes. We keep the content that already performs, rebuild the rest, and move it across without losing your search rankings.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, including product catalogues, payments and stock listings.
Hosting and domains
Do you handle domain registration?
Yes. We check availability, register the domain in your name, and manage renewals so it never lapses.
Is SSL included?
Yes, and it renews automatically so visitors never see a security warning.
Can you move my site from another host?
Yes. We migrate everything, test it on a staging address, and only switch the domain once it works.
SEO and advertising
How long does SEO take to work?
On-page and technical work often shows in four to eight weeks. Competitive local rankings usually take three to six months.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No, and nobody credible can. We guarantee the work and report exactly what changed and why.
What ad budget do I need?
It varies by industry and area. We check what clicks cost in your market and tell you honestly whether your budget can compete.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We work inside your accounts so the data and history stay with you.
Online stores
Can you build a proper online store?
Yes. Card and EFT payments through the major South African gateways, live stock control, courier or collection options, discount codes and an admin area you run yourself.
Does the store email customers automatically?
Yes. A paid order sends an instant branded confirmation with an invoice, a shipping email with tracking when you dispatch, and an alert to you so nothing gets missed.
Do you take a commission on our sales?
No. You pay for the build, hosting and support. The only per-sale cost is the payment gateway's own transaction fee, which goes to them.
Can you move our existing store?
Yes. We migrate products, customers and past orders where the old platform allows, keep the existing URLs working so rankings survive, and switch the domain only once everything is tested.
Apps and custom software
Do you build phone apps?
Yes, native apps for iPhone and Android from a single build, and we handle the App Store and Google Play submissions in your name.
Should we build a native app or a web app?
If people will use it daily, need it offline or need push notifications, native usually wins. Otherwise a web app is faster to build, cheaper to run and updates instantly. We tell you which fits before you spend anything.
How long does an app take?
A focused first version is usually four to ten weeks, plus one to two weeks of app store review for native builds.
Who owns the app?
You do. The code is yours, the store accounts are in your name, and there is no monthly licence to keep using it.
AI search and AEO
What is AEO?
Answer Engine Optimisation. It is the work that gets your business named when somebody asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI Overview for the best provider in their area.
Is AEO different from SEO?
Yes, though they overlap. SEO wins a position in the results list, AEO wins the generated answer. We usually run both because the same clean structure feeds each one.
Can you guarantee an AI will recommend us?
No, and nobody can. What we can do is make your business the clearest, best structured and most consistent option for a model to cite, which is what actually shifts the outcome.
TikTok and YouTube advertising
Do you run TikTok Ads?
Yes. We handle the account setup, pixel, creative direction, targeting and daily optimisation, and we measure the campaign on enquiries rather than views.
Do we need professional video?
No. Honest phone footage usually outperforms polished production on both TikTok and YouTube. What matters is the first few seconds and a clear reason to act.
What budget do TikTok or YouTube campaigns need?
Most South African businesses start between R3 000 and R10 000 a month in ad spend. Below that there is too little data for the campaign to improve.
Where we work
Do you only work in Durban?
No. We work across all nine provinces, with dedicated pages for KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, the Western Cape, the Eastern Cape and the Northern Cape, right down to suburb level in the big metros.
Is the price different outside KwaZulu-Natal?
No. Everything runs remotely, so a business in Upington pays the same as one in Pinetown and gets the same turnaround.
Can you target our specific suburb?
Yes, and it is usually the fastest way to rank. Suburb searches are far less contested than city-wide ones, so we build pages around the areas you actually service.
Working with us
Where are you based?
Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. We work with clients across Durban, the Midlands and the rest of South Africa.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. Most projects run entirely over WhatsApp and email. In-person meetings are available by appointment.
How do payments work?
A deposit to start and the balance on launch, unless we agree something different upfront.
What if I need changes later?
Message us. Small changes are quick, larger additions get quoted before any work starts.
